What is the F6s Profile?

Before I get into Six Sigma in this article, I want to take a minute to discuss what is a F6S profile. According to the Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO), a six sigma customer profile has four components: satisfaction, income, assets, and learning. If your customer profile does not contain these four components, you are missing out on what Six Sigma is all about. Before I get into Six Sigma in this article, I want to quickly explain what Six Sigma is.
